Spring Break

Spring is here!!  Weather is definitely getting nicer and sun will occasionally comes out.  On the weekend, hubby and I took Ali out to a park.

Ali was so scared when she was sitting on the swing.  Seriously, why is my baby girl such a chicken??!!!  All the kids (around her age or maybe even younger) are giggling and happy, but little one just want to get the heck out of there!

Avery's birthday party

Sometimes, having time off is more busy than going to work for some reason.  Actually, that's not true.  I have been really busy with school and family in the past two weeks.  Dad is sick and I need to visit him every day and take him to the doctor and stuff.  And there are a few birthday parties that we have to attend as well.

We were invited to Avery's first birthday party.  I am still amazed how quick the little ones grow.  Was my little one that small just a few months ago??  Really???

After we have some snacks, the kids went to the gym to play.  Ali and Avery seemed to really enjoy the rides.  

Ali:  I am gonna race you, Avery!!!

Hi Baby Jacob!

A:  Hey Kaley, did you know baby JJ is here.  Let's go and say hi to him!

K:  Mmm...I don't know...

A:  Hi JJ!!!  

Mama:  Ali, can you give JJ a kiss?

A: *smooch!*

K:  Dada, I wanna go and play with JJ too!!!!

Ali really does love babies and kids.  She is more than willing to give hugs and kisses to them, but not so much to adults (or even to us sometimes).  Here is a short clip of Ali in action:

My snow angel

It was SUPER cold last week.  With windchill, it was -20C.  The up side to this was that Ali get to take some pictures with the fresh snow.

The second function of a laundry basket

What is the use of a laundry basket?  Let Ali show you.

A:  "First, you pick it up."
